We agree entirely that 5* means 5* and its important to know where we need to improve in the eyes of the customer. You have really helped us in this regard with your informative feedback. After a few unsuccessful hires we revamped our whole recruitment process to ensure we check as much for attitude as for skills.  We are not perfect but we do believe in listening to complaints and feedback and look to improve.  Your experience seems to reflect that, in that when there was a problem senior management listened and took action.  We cant always prevent problems but when they occur we do take action to resolve and prevent recurrence.
