Good customer service. Only issue I had was they didn’t send an invoice or order confirmation until they shipping the product. This kinda had me a little suspicious. But overall great job.

I ordered a carrier bearing for my 98 tacoma and it is not even close to mine I've tried to contact with no luck

Hi Abigail, I'm sorry this carrier bearing did not work. This unit is designed for use in the Hendrix X-Chassis, which uses older style Toyota components including the carrier bearing used in mid-80's Toyotas. Sorry you haven't been able to get through, have you tried calling during our normal hours? I didn't see any previous email contact from you. If the item is still in like new condition, you may send back to our San Luis Obispo warehouse; please use RA#14690 and make sure the number is on the outside of the package and clearly visible. I can waive our normal re-stock fee if the item is in like new condition.
