It's now the 19th and no word . could of ordered it 3 other places and already had it .and still no word when it will even ship.should of ordered it from them .

Hi William, Sorry to hear you are upset about your recent order. Our records indicate that we called you roughly 3 hours after you placed your order online to inform you the item was out of stock and would be shipping directly from the vendor. Your inbox would not accept a voicemail so we followed up with a email. A couple days ago the parts shipped (admittedly towards the tail end of the shipping window we sent you) and another email was sent to follow up with tracking information. We ask that you please give us a call and/or email us next time you have concerns about a order so we can resolve any issues ASAP.

We always advise to call or email for most accurate lead times, unfortunately we are sometimes at the mercy of our vendors and how fast they are able to produce and ship product. Hey Ryan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We understand your frustration. We actually had a order placed with Fox for your parts weeks before you placed your order with us. We contacted you with the best ETA we could give at the time, but sometimes our suppliers can't get us a accurate lead time for a variety of reasons. The good news is that your parts actually on their way now and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Your patience is appreciated and we hope to make things up to you on a future order.

You contacted me ?? Laughable. I call 2 times and got different stories each time. It took me calling fox to have it straightened out. I’m not mad, I’m disappointed. If I would have need advised of the wait time involved ( of which you said initially you were aware ) I would have had options. This left me with none. Here’s to hoping they arrive tomorrow and can be installed on time and are correct. Best of luck.
