I've finally received the part I ordered, turns out it was addressed to.. simply "Kurt" without a last name... Whoever that is (hint: it's not me). The part was indeed waiting for me at the UPS access point just as Eddie advised me. The employees there continually denied my package had arrived despite checking several times over the past 6 weeks and providing ID each time. This is probably because I assumed the package had my name on it, silly me. Now it makes sense why they could not locate it and without a tracking number who can blame them? Eddie was prompt with a response after leaving a less-than-satisfied review at which point he provided the tracking information so that I could recover the package. I feel like that tracking number should have been emailed to me once the label was created / departed from the warehouse yet it was never volunteered. Eddie was great and helped me get to the bottom of the whole deal, which I appreciate very much and likewise why I'm revising my review from 1-star up to 4-stars. Sadly I couldn't bring myself to give 5-stars due to the sloppy nature of events leading up to this. Tighten up guys!
