The product was good and arrived on time, however... they over charged me on shipping... by like double. $15 shipping and it arrived in a $7 flat rate envelope.

Sorry that the shipping seems high for your item. We always encourage customers to call us directly for best shipping prices, as the website's built in calculator is not always accurate on all items.

Poly Performance was great to work with, got my order in right away, will definately do business with them again.
Not for serious off-roading. The partial captures bracket design pops off the roll bars during vehicle articulations. The idea works well for over-landing type vehicles.

Thanks for the feedback, but it sounds like you might not be using the J-hook as intended. I'll make sure we get our web listing updated with some better imagery to show it's desired use. We've found them to be very sturdy when used as intended.
