Sorry the shipping seems expensive, our best rates are always available through phone. Our system sometimes has difficulty calculating correctly on small parts shipping to the other side of the country. We appreciate your business and feedback.
They communicated well when they informed me that they did not have the item in stock. They quickly resolved the issue and got the item shipped in a timely manner.
