That's what we like to hear! Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback, and thanks for choosing Pockets.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the service you received from Pockets on this occasion. Your items did arrive on the 5th working day (Monday to Friday) after you placed your order, which is within the 3 - 7 days quoted on our website for standard delivery - we do usually strive to get every order dispatched much quicker than this, but allow the 7 working days period during Flash Sale events due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Pleased to hear you had a positive experience shopping with Pockets, and thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. Greatly appreciated.

Gracias por tus comentarios, Mr Lanzon!

Fantastic - enjoy!

Sorry for the failure to honour our delivery arrangement this time, Terry. We did struggle to cope with the sheer volume of orders we had during this most recent Flash Sale, but I can assure you that we have learned from this experience by implementing better order processing and delivery procedures. Thank you for choosing Pockets.

What fantastic feedback - thank you so much!

Thank you very much for the kind words!
