Having reviewed your policy and the events of last week we can see that the issue with rate was due to a change of address. The postcode with all policies has a huge bearing on the price we can obtain from the underwriters and the extra premium was due to you informing us that you have moved.
Since then I believe you have spoken to our customer service team who have explained the problem, clarified the information you passed to us and now the original renewal premium stands with no extra charge to you.
