Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback and for renewing with us for another year. We have investigated the calls and the notes on your renewal to check the service provided. It appears we contacted you initially in good time to check you had received your invitation in the post, at this point you confirmed you needed a callback to renew at a later date. Your renewals agent was looking into a couple of changes and making sure everything was in order after your conversation. Your agent should have contacted you to confirm everything was okay before you called on Friday to renew.
