Following our conversation yesterday regarding your feedback and your public liability documents we confirm they were emailed to you and sent in the post on 11th September as agreed along with the cover note for your taxi insurance policy. I can see that you called our office and spoke with Kieran on 15th September as you called to say that you had not received your Public Liability certificate, he confirmed that this was included in the documents that were emailed to you and that you needed to scroll down to a later page. No further documents were sent to you at this stage, as Kieran had explained where the Public Liability certificate was located and your documents were already on their way to you in the post. However another set of documents have been posted to you this morning as it seems you have not received the originals. Although I have spoken to you this morning and offered to email you these documents again, you have confirmed that you received them on the 11th September, so you are in possession of them, and you will go through them to find your Public Liability certificate. You have also requested an invoice for the total amount due, and I can confirm this has been sent to you by first class post.
