Thank you for your feedback and also for taking the time to speak to me regarding your comments. It is extremely rare for us to have an issue with the post as you have raised. However mistakes can happen and on this occasion the documents do appear to have been mixed up. We have contacted the other individual and he has agreed to destroy the documentation, as have you. Please accept my sincerest apology for this error. I will be addressing this issue so that similar problems do not occur. New documents have also been released in the post 1st class. In respect of the email, I have double checked our records and an email was sent to you on the morning of 28/01/14, at 09:55. It is possible that your email account did not recognize the sender, so it may have moved the email to your junk folder. My colleague has since emailed you the certificate of insurance on 02/02/15, at 10:09. Hopefully you have received this and will have enough time to issue the documents to your provider, before the policy cover renews on 08/02/15. I have agreed that due to the incorrect document issue, we will arrange a discount on your policy when it falls due for renewal in 2016.
