Thank you for your feedback, our renewal team work hard to ensure we offer the best possible renewal terms at the point of sending you your invitation letter. In this case the difference between last years rate and this years is quite significant. Therefore having reviewed the file and taking into consideration under 30's are paying a slightly higher premium in the market we feel it was a fair price. Also we have maintained last years fee which is lower than our standard amount. We always try to get the best deal possible, thanks again for your feedback and continued business.
