It takes long time to get to adviser. waiting time needs to be reduced and the quality of calls was not good lot of disruption.

According to Tradex the under writers Plan insurance had not even notified them that i had renewed my policy a week ago. The mind boggles.

Good morning,
Thank you for speaking with me yesterday regarding the issues renewing your policy. Firstly I can confirm the policy was renewed and cover was in force as confirmed with your renewal agent.
Unfortunately there was a communication issue between us and Tradex to get the vehicles appearing on the MID and receiving our renewal advices.
This has been rectified and your new certificate was emailed late yesterday as confirmation. Please accept our apologies for this error and if you have any issues in the future or need anything contact myself directly.
