Good afternoon,
Firstly thank you fr bearing with us and renewing again with Plan Insurance Brokers.
We appreciate all feedback and we have investigated with the team what happened as that is way over our usual service level.
Due to a double bank holiday we always return with more than double the amount of work to get through especially on incoming calls, the team did all they could to stay on top of waiting calls but there was no extra staff we could bring in to help.
Apologies for the experience but again thank you for bearing with us.
