Our renewal invite letter dated 28/08/2024 does clearly display that legal cover is an additional product available for £27.00. During your call you refer to excess protection which is an additional £57.00. This fact is also outlined on your invite letter. You opted for both legal cover and excess protection last year. You did not previously opt for protected NCD and insurers do require additional premium for this cover. Our clients and our reputation mean a great deal to us.
