To be honest though, we haven't had any real need to contact them often as the service has been seamless.
Delivery time was quite long and was not as expected

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm really sorry the order didn't arrive quite as quickly as it should have. We've been extremely busy over the last couple of weeks with our schools in Northern Ireland and Scotland closing for the summer and our lead times did lengthen slightly as a consequence of this. We're working really hard to get through orders as quickly as we can :)

Wonderful! I contacted the company because my planner was a little late arriving - they rushed the order through and offered me a partial refund. Lovely to deal with.
