Very Poor! I specifically ordered a pink diary and I received a black diary instead (the sheet attached to my order also stated pink diary).

The personalised diary came before the predicted date and I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation is good and everyone has made positive comments about it.

Great quality product and shipped very quickly! Only reason why it isn’t 5/5 is that I didn’t receive a dispatch email and had to ring up and find out when it would be delivered.
Website is not the easiest to navigate when customising planner.
Received an order confirmation but no notice of shipping or tracking was ever received
