Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our Designer Planners are taking a little longer to be delivered than our other products as they are custom printed to order. You should have been receiving updates from us throughout the dispatch process, but we have recently noticed an error that was stopping these updates being sent out. The diaries we ordered arrived as promised and the updates were very helpful.
This year I ordered my 40th Pirong diary, and service was as good today as it was in 1981-82. Pirongs have supplied me with diaries when working overseas in Australia and have never let me down.
