Thank you for the feedback - we take it all really seriously. Firstly regarding the single error you flagged - we have made sure this has been corrected in subsequent versions. There was clearly an error in the printing, which should not have happened and we have reviewed our processes to make sure that can't happen again. Had we known about the issue during the course, we would have also sent out new versions on an urgent delivery. We do understand your point on the slides - I think in part our trainers are trying to get delegates to focus on using the IATA DGR as this is the only item (along with your course workbook) that you will have in the exam, however, we will look at how we can make this course more visual. In terms of timing - it can be an intense course, but we do understand there is a way to approach that sensitively and I'm sorry if it caused any undue stress. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the course. Our trainers do try and keep the pace accessible for all. I take your point that it may have been a little slow for you, but it's possible others on the course would have needed more time. I can see that you have attended other dangerous goods training in the past - which others may have not. We do offer a shorter revalidation course - which reduces the length of the course by a full day, so hopefully that will help when you come to revalidate in two years time.
