Thanks for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. Great to hear you enjoyed Hayley's training. We'll make sure this is passed onto her. Regarding exercises, you'll have seen we do include plenty of practical exercises in the training workbook, although I can understand you may want to see more. It's a fine balancing act making sure the whole course is relevant to everyone, particularly given the range of dangerous goods shipped we hear about! This is something we're looking at and really appreciate the constructive feedback.
