That is really great to hear Caroline - many thanks for sharing. You make a very good point on class size. We are wary of group sizes on our online courses - and we do limit them to smaller numbers than classroom. Hope to hear positive news in a few weeks time!

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this Steve. Great to hear the process was efficient and you thought the course was good. To your point on online vs. classroom training, we do actually offer both options, and have several classroom courses across the country. Generally we see a 50:50 split between the two with some preferring classroom, and others choosing online so they can work from home or their workplace. I understand your point about moving around the IATA from one page to another. Unfortunately this is the nature of navigating the regulations, and as you recognised, we do try and give references out so you can move easily between the workbook and regulations.
