Many thanks for your feedback. You raise some clear points and areas for improvement. I would add however, that whilst we can and always do adapt training, we can't create a new course for every customer. We have a select number of courses, and will seek to deliver the best fit at any one time and work it around what customers do. In this instance we were working our existing course around your requirements. We do offer bespoke course creation services, whereby we create courses around the exact requirements of your organisation, however, for a one off single course this is not always practical or cost effective. Hi Ryan, Thank you very much for taking the time to write this. It's always really helpful to hear. As mentioned on the phone, there are some errors in here that should not have happened - specifically on the materials. This is being resolved as I write this message. Regarding the pace, as already discussed on the phone, we do suggest to all candidates attending our DGSA course that they either attend our DG Awareness course (for which we offer a free place), or have attended other DG training prior to attending the DGSA course. It is by no means impossible to pass with no DG experience, but it is challenging and we'd discourage attending without some prior training. We do mention this at the booking point for this reason. Given the volume of material we have to get through, there is a limit to how much we can slow down simply given the time constraints of the week. That being said, as discussed offline, we're also happy to put extra provision in place, and now that your exam is delayed we can provide additional time with a trainer ahead of that.
