I was impressed that there were a choice of covers for my puppy

No problems with petplan

Only used your website, I like how easy and straight forward it is to use,

Ninja Squideworthy and Sniper Wigglesworth most happy with this choice.

Excellent customer services, good plan, a little disappointed with the excess when the policy is quite expensive

Called to notify of death of a pet and also to arrange new cover for recently adopted cat. The Advisors were friendly, very helpful and sympathetic at the loss of our old boy. I have had cats insured...

can't comment yet because i havn't needed to use it.

as usual pet plan were great, my claim was processed in super fast time also i received a text advising me that they had received my claim, my payment check was received possibly a week later.

Difficult phone conversation over 1 hour long to get a £5 discount ( for a 2 pet, forlife plan) really a hard slog. Need to offer customers more incentives in the future as the policy is very highly...

Petplan worked very hard to determine what was not covered under their plan - enough so that I actually finally asked them what they do cover!
