I am disappointed that after my pet being seriously ill pet plan did not cover euthanasia on my policy.

It was ok but Petplan should have an online facility that enables a potential buyer to put in a date for the start of the policy.

The service is Great, very quick in processing the claim and fantastic cover.

Response time was average although didnt explain why Ihad a different number to what was requested

Website was really easy to use in order to get a quote and then was simple to create the policy afterwards. They sent the documentation swiftly in the post and everything was easy to understand.

Petplan has helped over the years with unexpected bills and have always dealt with any claim fast and efficient. I had no problem in taking out a 2nd insurance plan for my new dog, happy me happy...

I found the guy I spoke to very helpful, he was very good at explaining the difference between the different options and had a friendly manner.
