Friendly staff and a user friendly system

Is early days to say if this company have got good customer services. I become membership of PetPlan from the word of other customers.

I found the offering I was looking for, not at a low but at a reasonable price.

I dont think I have received the actual insurance paperwork yet, and what I was quoted on line was less than I am actually paying.

Applying for the insurance was relatively easy, the customer service advisor was hard to understand as English wasn't his first language nevertheless he seemed to do everything that was asked....

Had a query about the insurance cover. Telephone operatives very friendly and helpful. Unable to feed back about the actual insurance as I've yet to use it!
