Took out insurance and had to call 3 times in order to chase documentation over 7 week period.

Very helpfull with all my questions/queries to date.

did not understand the caller as she tended to talk very fast. but once she slowed down it got easier . If i wasnt sure i wanted to use petplan i may not have persisted.

Took a long time to hear from pet plan about the policy I had taken out, I was beginning think I'd gone mad! had I taken a policy out with pet plan? I checked my emails, nothing from pet plan. Hmmm....

Just for once an insurance policy that pays out with no argument. I would certainly recommend you to thers
