I have always found Petplan to be informative and helpful without being too 'pushy'.

While I've yet to make a claim (hopefully won't have to ) , the person I spoke to on the phone was brilliant and the website is easy to use.

Never had a problem claiming. Always great service and excellent communication. Always recommend petplan to pet owners.
