hassle free and person I originally spoke to on the phone was very helpful

A little expensive but penplan have always been helpful when i have contacted them.

I haven't had to make a claim as yet but when I joined Petplan I found the staff to be very helpful. I also like knowing that I am supporting the charity we got our dog from.
