So far so good, but lets see when I put my claim!?

I have not had a recent experience

I havn't had to claim for anything as yet - but have still not even recieved my policy booklet or any kind of confirmation. The money is however being debited from my account.

My claim was submitted at the beginning of May. It's now the middle of June and I'm still waiting to hear from them, in spite of asking for an update nearly 2 weeks ago via the form on their website....
