Joining online was very simple with lots of information to help. Previously, our little dog, Tilly, was with Petplan for just on 16 years and I wouldn’t think of going to any other insurer.
Easy to claim and paid out with no problem. We had to visit a vet whilst on holiday. This was not a problem for petplan. This time we had to say goodbye to our oldie. Thank you for being there.

Petplan service was excellent, they kept me up to date with how my claim was progressing and it was paid within 7 days.
My cat had to attend 2 vet practices - the second was for overnight care as the first closed for the weekend.
