The parcel was collected on Tuesday 05/01 as agreed.Delivery was supposed to be 48hr but did not arrive until late Saturday morning 09/01.

All went really well and got to destination in 2 days. And much cheaper than Royal Mail.

I never thought that The children’s Christmas presents would arrive in time for the day given the short time left after Boris’ announcement- but they got there in just a few days. So thankful!

Really disappointed this time, paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days after that. No joy or apology when I complained. If you are unable to fulfil next day delivery, why don't you say

Paid for next day collection. Still not collected on the Monday phoned parcel pay to be told take it to a shop. So I paid for collection and next day and received neither. Will not use again
