Stumbled over a pair of 2 Right Evo socks.
good service. The evo trail pair of socks I bought were both "Right". Had to go back and swap out for a Right and a Left.

The answer that was given to you when you returned to switch out your two right socks for a left and right sock pair, is not what we pride ourselves on in terms of our customer service. We believe this is an isolated incident, and we will do better next time you visit us.
