Hello, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our online fulfilment centre is not open on weekends and your order was placed on Friday and left the Monday afternoon. We are constantly trying to improve our service, so your feedback is noted, and we endevour to make sure that we can reduce our two day processing time.

Helpful, friendly staff
Item I wanted not in store, but available in mainland stores. Item arrived a couple of days later, at sale price. Staff were helpful, good communication, timely, good price.
