Extremely good service
The sales assistant I felt with was extremely helpful. He unpacked two Helinox chairs for me to try without me even asking, which was really appreciated.

Good and efficient
Good listening by the sales person on the phone and good product knowledge was demonstrated.

I am sorry you were not greeted at the store, and you were click and collect was not prioritised. I will make sure to escalate this to the store that you pick up from and use this to improove the store experience.
