When you called and spoke to me on the phone, after the delay, I offered you express postage for the item, however you explained to me that due to the remote location where you live and infrequent delivery times with post in your region, you were happy for me to send just regular post. Unfortunately in this instance, on our behalf we were unable to get your items to you within our normal delivery times.
