thank you very much for your feedback we greatly appreciate all our customers feedback. As was discussed with you it is indeed very distressing that Australia post could not deliver your packages for no apparent reason and it kept getting bounced around from Post Office to Post Office. Hopefully the new package we Express posted out to you yesterday (26th) will get to you early next week. Again our sincerest apologies for the long wait.

thanks for your feedback.
The STS TPU Guide Map Case does have a very tight seal - it needs to, to maintain a good level of waterproofing. Within time they do however "loosen" up somewhat and become easier to open and close.
