Hi there thank you very much for feedback, we greatly appreciate all our customer feedback. Firstly let me apologies for you being in anyway out of pocket. When/if there is a error made by Paddy Pallin in regards to an order we always provide customer with a free return address so you do not have to pay for postage back. If the customer is returning a items due to not wanting it or to exchange, the customer pay to send the item back and we pay to resend the new item back out to the customer. If you could email or send us a copy of the post receipt we would be happy to reimburse you the $50.00 you had to pay for sending the items back to us due to our error.
