Hi,
Thank you so much for the 4-star review and for taking the time to share such detailed, constructive feedback.
While our packing team focuses on tight, secure packing to prevent movement in transit, separating scented cleaning chemicals from food items is standard practice that should have been followed here, especially across a two-box delivery.
I have passed your exact feedback directly to our warehouse and dispatch management team so we can review our packing guidelines and retrain our team on item separation.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve, and we hope to deliver a flawless 5-star experience for you on your next order!
Kind regards,
OPS
