Every one of the team should be able to help either on the phone or in the shops so of course it is quite concerning that you have had an unfriendly experience. Cow ears - we buy these in and acknowledge that the packs of 5 can be smaller than they ever used to be. I do have a 3 pack that are the bigger ears - also called buffalo ears on the website. These are in 3's and are significantly larger than the 5 pack that I think you are referring to. If you are unhappy then please do bring them back in to us and we can swap for something else that you prefer of the same value.
