Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. With regards to the double bagged carcass, this can happen sometimes when the product goes through our wrapping process. Checks are made in our Production Dept to prevent this, however occasionally it still happens. I will feed this back to our Production team to make them aware and for them look at their process. The delivery time does depend on where you are on our routes so depending on how many orders we have in a particular area will determine whether you order is delivered in the morning or afternoon. You should receive an email message giving you a delivery window. The boxes can be left outside so you don't necessarily have to wait in for them. If there is a particular place you would like the boxes left for you please feel free to leave a note on the order instructions. Hope this addresses your concerns, regards Donna
