Love the products.. we buy from here about every 2 months but would buy more often if the products weren’t delivered in awful polystyrene boxes! So difficult to get rid of .. why not deliver...

Good Afternoon Candy I have just come across your review and wanted to take the opportunity to reply to you regarding the Polyboxes we use for deliveries. We use these as it means the food can be kept frozen for longer and so if you are not at home to accept your order, the products will be safe on your doorstep. As you are local to us we collect boxes from your previous order when we deliver the next - just leave them outside. for our driver to collect. All the boxes that come back are reused in stores, on site and for future orders - we recycle and reuse as many as we can. I hope this explains things for you. Someone did contact me after my review & told me that! I hadn’t been told previously.. so as you are fairly near me I now take my boxes back to the store myself between orders!
