Thank you, We are always here to help with whatever you and your pet need.
Our food is sealed and frozen to lock in freshness and maintain nutrient integrity.
We use minimal packaging & chose to spend our money on the ingredients that we use instead of brightly coloured packaging that goes into the bin. A quality & freshness of food you can see with your own eyes!
Sustainability is at our heart. Our packaging is recyclable, and we strive for operate under a low carbon footprint.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We considered other packaging options and this was our choice. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Storage Containers (Poly Boxes)
EPS boxes are by far the best current solution to safely and hygienically transport our frozen mince sleeves through the local and national delivery networks without the foods defrosting and subsequently becoming ruined. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) can be recycled and is recycled up and down the UK and around the world. It is one of the most efficient and cost-effective insulating materials on the planet. Its low rate of thermal conductivity makes it super reliable for transporting temperature sensitive products.
Not many people know that EPS is 100% recyclable. Clean material can be reused in the manufacturing process of new poly boxes. Any slightly contaminated material can be compacted and turned into recycled rigid plastic products.

Hi Susan,
My regular order with you is Chicken Carcases, I don't know if you can use EPS Storage containers for my long distance deliveries, I normally order 4 boxes. Either way I'm happy.
