Thank you for your feedback. Our Customer Service Manager has been trying to reach you to discuss your comments, but unfortunately has been unable to contact you to date. As part of our automatic refilling service, deliveries are scheduled based on estimated usage patterns to ensure uninterrupted supply. We currently send an email the day before each delivery is due, giving you the chance to contact us and refuse the delivery without any penalty. We're sorry for any frustration this may have caused.
