ASK me if I need a delivery BEFORE you deliver !!

Would have been nice to have been ASKED if I wanted my next delivery, rather than logging online next day to find they'ed delivered the day before whilst I was out.......still havent found my...

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer a prenotification service where we advise you a delivery will be coming the following day, and I believe my colleague has now spoken to you and can confirm we will ring you the day before in future.
