A very polite lady rang me from customer services a couple of weeks ago asking if I needed a delivery yet. I told her my tank was at 65 percent so don't need any for a while to which she agreed. You...

Yes, one of the team contacted me and apologised with a promise I would be contacted before any future deliveries, thankyou. I am still disappointed with the price increase so soon after signing up with Northern energy. I don't accept the excuse of 'winter demand ' casing the price increase as I am sure the arrival of winter was not a surprise to anyone!
