Lawn and neighbours field damaged due to careless tanker driving

We have been trying to contact you to discuss arranging to repair any damage that has been caused but there was no reply so our Operations manager has text you to ask you to ring him. Please could I ask you to do so as soon as possible. It's very rare that such incidents occur but we will always put things right and take our commitment to doing so very seriously. In the meantime, please accept our sincere apologies and we'd like to offer our reassurance that this will be rectified.
