The service we got from NWC was fair but the cottage had issues the end suite bathroom had a water leak which wasn't repaired for two days so all had to share one bathroom.

Thank you for your comments Mr Bithell. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by a leak in one of the bathrooms, unfortunately these things do occasionally happen but I appreciate that it could have been repaired quicker. I hope this hasn't put you off booking there again, David.
