Thank you for bringing this to our attention Mrs Lewis. Sorry it's taken a while to post a reply, I've been trying to contact you to discuss this but unfortunately haven't been able to speak to you. We are very sorry that the cleaning was not as it should have been and have spoken to the owner of the cottage. As a local agency we do regularly inspect the cottages in addition to the Visit Wales inspections. Please be assured that all the points you raised have been addressed and I'm happy to discuss this with you further if you wish.

Excellent - friendly and efficient

Website kicked me out but when I phoned the phone was answered quickly and the lady who took my call was friendly and efficient and it was very easy to book the cottage I wanted and pay.
