NextGen insurance offers a pretty attractive level of coverage at a very reasonable price. It’s great peace of mind to know I’m covered if my most valuable piece of tech goes missing or goes wrong.

Hi Jbril, thanks for your review and also for taking our call a moment ago. As discussed, we will provide your feedback on this review response so anyone reading understands why you've provided us with a 1 star review.
You incepted two insurance policies at Christmas, the second because you'd entered incorrect details on the 1st. You wrote to us to cancel the duplicate policy and we responded on Boxing Day morning (even though we were closed) to understand what had happened.
We then called you at 9;40am this morning (29th December) when our office re-opened, cancelled your policy and refunded the premium in full. You've advised that you left the 1 star review because of the time delay between Boxing Day and us cancelling your insurance this morning.
As we advised, we had a couple days over Christmas where we were closed (this was on our out of office e-mail reply, our website home page and contact us page) and that's why there was a delay.
As we shared with you, we felt that a 1 star review was not very fair considering we were closed for the Christmas period, we had responded on Boxing Day and we immediately called you when we re-opened to deal with the duplicate policy.
Thanks however for your review and for the time on the phone this morning. As a new customer we do hope you now understand how important customer service is to us. We hope to meet your service expectations moving forward. Team NextGen
