Really quick delivery, just a little confused that one item was missing from the order. Looking back, it hadn't charged me either but I did want the item! But didn't want to pay for delivery again!

Thank you for your feedback, I have investigated your order. It appears that following a transition to a live stock system we had a slight issue that was resolved very quickly.

Unfortunately, we had run out of stock of this item. Obviously you weren't charged.
